The ideal testing frequency depends on your goals, lifestyle and any treatments. Here are our guidelines.

Data collected: Name, contact details, address, date of birth, medical questionnaire (consent), blood test results.

Legal basis: Performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and explicit consent for medical data (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

Purpose: Solely for performing blood tests, appointment communication and sending results.

Third parties: Shared only with the certified laboratory that performs the analyses. No selling or sharing for marketing purposes.

Retention: Personal data is not kept longer than necessary. Blood results are stored for a maximum of 1 year unless you request earlier deletion.

Your rights (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection.
